As a woman recently widowed, the prospect of selling my house was overwhelming. Andrew Klink respected that and made it clear that he intended to handle everything for me. He knows that selling a house is much more than a piece of property; it’s a home and memories.

At the time my house went on the market, the newspapers were full of articles regarding the weakening real estate market. Other houses in my neighborhood had been for sale for several months. With Andrew’s conscientious help, my house sale was final after a couple of months. I had already moved to another state, but by faxing papers back and forth, Andrew completed the sale in California for me.

The whole experience was made stress-free because Andrew Klink was not only my realtor, but was also a friend.

Andrew’s professionalism and hard work ethic was superb, and he spent numerous hours working with us.  He went out of his way to assist us - from the start of advising what we should do to set up our home, to the preparation of the listing, the showing during open house, to the finalization of the sale.  Everything went very smoothly and we were very pleased with him.  He was friendly, easy to work with and very attentive to details of the process.  Andrew was always available to answer questions for us any time of the day, and constantly kept us informed of what was going on.

We very highly recommend Andrew Klink to anyone who is thinking of either selling or purchasing a home.  Anyone who works with him will be extremely pleased, as we both were.
